Everyone’s favourite treat with chocolate, marshmallows and biscuits.

125g Unsalted Butter

150g Dark Chocolate

150g Milk Chocolate

3 Tbsp. Golden Syrup

100g Digestive Biscuits (crushed and broken up)

100g Brazil Nuts (crushed and broken up)

100g Marshmallows (cut into little pieces)

75g Maraschino Cherries



- Get yourself a baking tray and line it with baking paper. A deep tray would work best.

- Heat up the butter, chocolate and syrup in a saucepan on a low heat until it melts. Don’t have the heat up too high otherwise you will burn the chocolate. Tip the mixture into a bowl.

- Stir together the biscuits, nuts and the marshmallows in the chocolate bowl. Then spoon out the mixture into the tray, smooth the mixture out with a knife so that it all lays evenly in the tray.

- Then chill it for up to 2 hours in the fridge. Cut with a sharp knife into finger shapes. You can sift some icing sugar over the top to decorate.
